How should I care for my Lasso socks?
We recommend washing your socks in cold water and with like colors.

  • We also recommend you avoid drying them on high heat to protect the fibers of the sock. Low-Heat or Tumble dry.
  • We use premium materials and the heat from the dryer can damage these fibers and prevent the socks from lasting as long as possible.

Can I make a change to my order?
Once an order is submitted, there is a window of time that we may be able to cancel or modify the order. Our orders are shipped daily.


Where does my order ship from?
We ship from our warehouse located in Torquay, Victoria. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process.

When should I expect my Lasso Order to arrive?
Monday-Friday with the exception of holidays, orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. After a courier has taken possession of the order, deliver can be expected within 3-7 business days after fulfillment depending on your proximity to our distribution center located in Torquay, Victoria. Leading up to holidays, please allow buffer for items to ship out. What is your return policy?
You can return your items within 30 days of your delivery date for a full refund if unused and packaging is in original condition.

How do I make a return?
Not happy with your Lasso Gear product? Return it to us within 30 days of original purchase date, and we'll give you a full refund even if you've opened and used the product. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please allow up to 48 hours for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

How long will it take to process my return?
Refunds are processed within 7 days from the time the package arrives at our warehouse. Depending on your bank, please allow 3 to 5 business days from the time the return is processed for the refund to be reflected in your account.
